Neurologist time: Primary care md will first order a doppler study (i don't know why) to work up leg symptoms. Cramping, dimpling and twitching suggests a problem with the excitability of the muscle due to muscle disease, neuromusclular problems, neuropathy or electrolite imbalance. If thyroid, potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium and kidney function is normal, you probably need to be referred to a specialist.
