Any Good Detergent: Since all cells on planet use fat to separate water inside cells from outside cells (called membranes), the most fundamental way to remove cells is just soap/detergent+water+gentle scrubbing to emulsify the membrane fats of unwanted cells/bacteria/fungus. It dissolves membranes of cells ; removes them. Hibiclense, http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/chlorhexidine, adds only a little ; is mildly toxic.

Baby Shampoo: Little known secret, especially with patients with multiple allergies to iodine, surgical prep, or alcohol based preps. Ok it with your doc. If they insist on hibiclens, see if they can provide you samples. Take care.

Maybe: Depends on what your use is intended. You could try an antibacterial soap if it is for basic cleaning, if your are cleaning something else you may need a different cleanser.
