Is it associated: If you get dizzy only during headaches, then it could be. Treatment for headaches should relieve spells. However if you have no headaches then we can not call these migraine related and you have probable episodes of vertigo. Treatment with otc Meclizine 25 mg on relgular basis 3 x a day could help.
