Uncommon reaction: I am not sure how much or how long you are talking this medicine. The reaction you describe is uncommon.. Narcotic use is recommended for short term acute pain. For long term use it can actually sensitize you to the pain and make it worse. If this is bothersome wean yourself off and connect with your physician to explore non narcotic options.
