Naturally...: I assumed you got vasectomy to interrupt sperm transportation through vas deferens. After vasectomy, sperms will stay inside the tubing system proximal to the surgical blockage and in time they die and disintegrate to become liquefied protein with self-absorption to the body. Therefore, the body will react to such to form so-called sperm antibody. That is how our body handles the sperms....
