Due date: First you must realize that your given due date is only a guess. If your cycles were regular, or if you had a very early scan, your due date might be off by 3-4 days. Most baby's deliver between 39-41 weeks. If you go beyond 41 weeks the baby's health needs to monitored closely. Going beyond 42 weeks is not advisable. We don't know what the actual trigger for labor is yet.
