Scrotal skin : If the lesion is limited to the scrotal skin then it may need to be incised and drained by a physician. Anabiotic with staph coverage is also recommend.

Go see ur Dr for: Incision and drainage of ur boil. Applying warm packs and taking nsaids/ibuprofen may help.Take care!
