I have an anxiety disorder, should i be concerned about weight loss without trying to lose weight?

It depends: Whether you have anxiety or not, unintentional weight loss - especially a lot and if unnecessary for good bmi - is worth paying attention to. Depending on how you 'experience' concern, yes, be concerned. But, don't worry. Watch this, record it along w/ diet and behaviors, report it all to a doctor and have an examination if recommended. Relax, but take care.
