Visit a clinic / doc: Warty penile 'bumps' in sexually active men are often caused by infection with hpv ( human papillomavirus). They can be removed by: chemicals that dissolve the warts (applied by a health care provider), laser lights / electric current, freezing with a special device, or sometimes by surgery (for warts that are large). These treatments are best performed by a doc or other provider. Use condoms.
