Improve-probably: The recovery from tbi takes two years starting from the time you orient to your surroundings (eg. 2 years 3 months if you were in a coma for 3 months) ninty percont of the recovery occurs in the first year. Another 10 percent in the second. This is assuming you do not have sub-clinical seiure activity or other issues that need to be treated. The ct scan is to rule out other treatable conditions.

Impossible to Answer: Ct, MRI scans are very crude compared with the cellular ; synaptic complexity of the brain; which even the best brain specialists in the world, ramachandran, only partially understand. Medicine is quite low-tech compared with our soul, mind, brain, body. Study yourself. The more you work ; use your mind/brain, all kinds of activities, the better you will do, sort of like progressing from infancy.
