Doubtful: Unlikely this is heart attack pain. Why? Well, heart pain usually: lasts minutes not seconds; occurs while exerting and not when simply lying in bed. I would expect you to have chest pain with ambulation and activity for you to also have significant coronary artery obstruction. Stomach pain, esophagus issues, musculoskeletal pain much more likely here. If symptoms persist, of course see your doc.
