Consider pregnant: What you describe are certainly suggestive that pregnancy should be ruled in/out. If your regular menses always have these findings, then it is more difficult to differentiate. Remember the urine pregnancy tests are reliable with a positive result, but can be falsely negative if there is not enough of the tested hormone in the urine, which is different amount than in the blood.
