Self Harming: Congratulations on starting the counseling. Please call your therapist and tell her/him about your ongoing self-harm activities. Letting them go is not likely to be easy or automatic. Serious issue: Self harm is a serious conditions and should be treated early and aggressively. It can lead to rapidly worsening mental state and or death. Inpatient hospitalization should be considered.
