Strange feeling is chest, i have palpitations on the right side of my chest occasionally and have been getting chest tightness and pain. why?

Not sure: Difficult to tell for certain over the internet. In general in your age group we tend to think of non heart related processes such as musculoskeletal pain or esophagus disorders. Pain from heart vessel disease is exceedingly rare in your age group, although that's what most people immediately think of. Some rhythm problems can cause symptoms. Are you avoiding caffeine? Avoiding recreational drugs?
