Get tested.: Vagina's do not typically get pimples. I am more concerned that what you are describing can be an infection like herpes. These can be little pimple like lesions that hurt or itch. They can bleed when scratched. A simple swab (viral culture of rapid test) can tell you if it is herpes. If not, having a look by a doctor can set you down the right path to cure.
