Fructose?: You may have fructose intolerance. This is not an allergy. Your intestines may not absorb this natural sugar well. It is found in fruits like pineapple and apples. Concentrated fruits like applesauce and jellies. Also honey and maple syrup. Finally it is in corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup which sweetens soda and many sweet beverages. Try a low fructose diet for a month and see how you feel.
