See a Therapist: It would be helpful to have someone to talk to and help you work out what is going on. Have you ever met with a psychologist? Cognitive behavioral therapy can be very helpful. Also, remember that what you feel is based on how you interpret your current situation and life. Change your interpretation and you can change how you feel.
