Seek medical care: The list of causes of abdominal pain is extensive. Without an appendix, one of the more serious causes is eliminated. However, other causes, such as mesenteric adenitis, inflammatory bowel disease could be a cause. Your doctor may want to run some tests to more accurately determine the cause of your discomfort.
