Rash issues: This could be caused my numerous causes. When the rash is localized it might be what we call a contact dermatitis which is caused my exposure to something that caused a skin reaction. Anyway, to definitely tell it would be good to take a look at it. The attached image is an example of contact dermatitis. It is usually treated with topical steroids and avoidance of agent that caused it.
