No: Soft tissue calcifications in the shoulder will not cause those symptoms. Cervical spine disease, lyme disease and other neuropathies are much more likely causes.

Highly unlikely: May want to get an emg/ncs of the bilateral upper extremities by a physiatrist or neurologist.
