Probably nothing: Inverted t waves in v1-v4 are not uncommon, particularly in young women. They are even called "juvenile t wave pattern". I gather you already saw a physician and had it checked?. If no symptoms and normal work up, you should not worry. If you have symptoms, a stress test with some imaging modality may be warranted. Discuss again with your doctor.
