Tough to say: Changes in the color of the skin and rashes etc. Are very tough to tell you what they could or could not be over the computer. Best yo get any skin color changes assessed in person. Best wishes.

Tough to tell: It depends if you have any other health problems. Many times, patients get non-specific viral infections that can appear as oral discoloration. These usually go away on their own. Tobacco users are at risk for oral cancer that could present like this. Patients with HIV are also predisposed to getting mouth lesions. If any of the above applies to you, see a doctor.
