I had lyme and rmsf in 2010. i have a lot of the symptoms of the lyme, but my blood work shows nothing. can it still be there with negative test?

RMSF titers: RMSF antibody titers usually become undetectable 6-12 months after the infection. Immunity from re-infection allegedly exists per the CDC. I do not know about lyme details.
