Yes: There are other antibiotics to treat chlamydia. The choice of antibiotic depends on your allergies. Your partners also need to be treated, as that is the most common reason for treatment failure.

Not Chlamydia: You are mistakenly not being treated for gonorrhea with your chlamydia treatment. Azithromycin is still 100% effective against chlamydia. The only other common option, you have had, is doxycycline. You need to get a shot of 250 mg of ceftriaxone. Or let us know why you think the Azithromycin is not working.
