These products should work synergistically to help with allergy symptoms. Saline nasal spray or gentile nasal irrigation may also help. Should be fine: Muncinex-d is a mucus thinner combined with a decongestant. Zyrtec (cetirizine) is an antihistamine. Both medicates should be ok to take and are often prescribed together for diagnoses like sinusitis and allergic rhinitis with congestion.
