You're covered: If you were not pregnant when you got the Implanon placed, you would have been covered 10 days later. The implant starts working very quickly (within a day). The yeast infection pill wouldn't have interfered either.

Unlikely: Implanon is highly effective within 7 days of insertion. The yeast pill won't change its efficacy. Implanin doesn't protect from stds or hiv, so condoms are still recommended.
