Hard w/400 character: The term "mycoplasma" is used to refer to organisms within the class mollicutes that is composed of five genera (mycoplasma, ureaplasma, acholeplasma, anaeroplasma, and asteroloplasma). 120+ named species exist and 13 mycoplasma species have been found in humans. However, only four species are human pathogens. Generally cause upper respiratory infections or ear infections (mainly in kids).
