Take meds: Migraine headaches can be controlled with various medications and appropriate work habits. Nipple soreness probably not related to migraine.

Migraine?: Why do you consider this a migraine? Is there nausea, vomitting, change in vision or sounds before the pain starts? If not your headache may be more muscle tension or myofascial, which can also be very painful. Nipple area pain is more commonly referred from the pectoralis major muscle.
