Nl T, no guarantee: Yes it's possible to have normal t level and still have any of a variety of causes of e.D. Testosterone is generally necessary for normal male sexual function, but is not, by itself sufficient for sexual functioning. Also needed are intact neural pathways, arterial inflow and the sub-tunical valves that prevent early outflow. Failure of these valves leads to venous leak and early detumescence.
