Pituitary? PCOS?: The major question is: are you getting a period? If you are getting them regularly, the Estradiol levels are not abnormal. Estradiol levels vary through the menstrual cycle. If you are not getting your period, one needs to consider possible causes like high prolactin, other pituitary disease, or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
