Pillows galore!: This is one of those conditions that make it very difficult to sleep with a rapidly growing abdomen, As OB MD's we also ask you not to sleep on your back as it may compromise the fetal blood supply from your placenta. Grab as many pillows as you can comfortably "stuff" in and around your abdomen and back for comfort, and avoid computers and TV watching one hour before sleeping.
