Dry skin: If the lesions you describe on your arms are prominent in your elbows it could represent psoriasis. They appear to be scaly or plaque like lesions commonly found on elbows, knees, and scalp but can also occur in other areas. Make an appointment with a medical provider to have this evaluated.
