Arm ache: Arm aching brought on by walking and relieved by resting may be seen in coronary artery blockages. Arm and shoulder pain affected by motions of the arm and shoulder may be due to sprain or inflammation such as bursitis or arthritis. Discuss this important symptom with your physician who will schedule the appropriate tests.
