STD check: Go get checked at a family planning clinic or with your doc. Let them know where the spots are and that you've had oral sex. They can do a swab to check for stds. Possible you have chlamydia/gonorrhea or other std that require antibiotics also possible you just have a sore throat. Get checked. Be safe.
