No: But the predisposition to get arteriosclerotic disease is hereditary (and that is usually the substrate for AAA (abdominal aortic aneurysm) as you cannot change genetics (or your parents), if you have someone in your family with aaa, you should get extra careful with all other (modifiable) risk factors as smoking, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity and sedentary lifestyle.
