Depends.: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can cause hypertension, difficulty initiating sleep, addiction, rage attacks, headaches, anxiety, hyperactivity and manic-like symptoms or precipitate mania in people with bipolar disorders. I do not believe the hysterectomy has any bearing on the effects. In people with adhd/add, the effect seem to calm them down , make them more organized and productive.
