Is viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride) a good choice for someone (like me) who is high strung with agitated depression more so than for lethargic person suffering from depression?

Possibly: I don't know what you mean by "agitated", but yes, viibry is good those who are depressed and anxious. There are lots of antidepressants or combinations of medications that could help with depression and agitation. I would advised avoiding wellbutrin (bupropion) though.
