Change your diet: Tough with so little information: have you tried eliminating common causes of bloating from your diet? Suspects include (yes) beans, certain legumes and cruciferous vegetables, diary products and anything with wheat gluten. Give your body a rest for 1-2 weeks to see if there is any difference. If you have chronic nausea with vomiting, blood in the stool, or black stool , see your doc asap.

Bloating and pain: As long as you've tested negative for celiac disease, your symptoms may be helped with small changes in your diet. Avoiding foods more likely to be fermented may help your symptoms. You might want to try adhering to the FODMAP diet for a week or two to see whether your symptoms improve.
