My knee is swollen from knee arthritus after playing ball what to do?

Modify your exercise: Ah...The 50's. Have you tried r.I.C.E. Therapy. Rest. Which is to take it easy for a while. Apply ice every 15 minutes for the first few hours. Compress it with an ace wrap or neoprene brace and elevate the limb, like on a pillow. You can safely add Ibuprofen or naproxen, if you have no allergies and take no other meds (if you do, ask your pharmacist first).
