Not necessarily: Shoulder pain is not a usual symptom of pancreatic cancer. Jaundice due to pancreatic cancer depends on the location of the tumor in pancreas and the development of metastases to the liver.

Why do you ask?: Upper back / shoulder pain like this is very seldom caused by pancreatic cancer. Even the classic referred pain from gallstones isn't that common, though it's interesting and much-discussed. If you're seriously concerned about pancreatic cancer (i.e., it's obvious otherwise that you're unwell), it may be time for imaging.
