BTL/Pregnancy: Just because your tubes are "tied" does not confer 100% chance that you are not pregnant take a pregnancy test, ensure that you are not pregnant. This is very important, as extopic pregnancies can occur in this scenario if you are not pregnant, there are a great deal of other secondary causes that can mimic pregnancy, including hormonal and gastrointestinal.

You could be pregnan: While very effective, tubal ligation still has a failure rate. It is usually low, about 2/1000, but it definitely exists. I would recommend taking a store-bought pregnancy test, and seeing your regular doctor.
