Unclear: Unclear info…if you have colitis being treated by vancomycin, what makes the most sense is that you had a condition called c dificile colitis and you were on oral vancomycin. C dificile colitis can be difficult to clear, so if your fever is persistent i would be concerned for persistent infection. Could be a drug reaction as well or new diagnosis. Please notify your doctor asap.
