Ovulation bleeding: Due to the hormonal changes that occur around the time of ovulation (mainly a drop in estradiol), some women have some light bleeding during that time. Ovulation can also cause cramping for a couple of days. It's ok if it just happens once, but if it happens with subsequent cycles, i would see your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
