Is it normal to spot blood during the few days leading up to ovulation after you have sex?

Is it ovulation: bleeding or spotting cervix? Both can cause spotting. The spotting is minimal if it is ovulation bleeding comparing to spotting cervix which can be from infection or trauma to the cervix.
