PROLONGED QT INTERVA: The qt interval is the interval that measure the time needed for the heart beat .Different people have different qtintervals depending on the heart rate. So qtc is helpful for the diagnosis if it is prolonged it can cause complications.

Qt: Borderline values, most likely normal, best to ask your doc , a single ECG may not be enough to tell where your qt intervals are ranging in normal range or not.
