I have no skin on the septum wall of my nose both sides, do you know what this may be?

Multiple causes: Severe infections, Cocaine use, persistent nasal decongestant use, chronic allergies. Have an ENT specialist evaluate and be very honest about use of medication or recreational use.

Septum: the septum is covered by mucous membrane which is different than your skin. If you are concerned, have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
