Appendicitis?: The description of this pain and your age group suggest possible appendicitis. This may not be the case, however. Need to be seen by a doctor before it gets worse. A doctor's exam and possibly a ct scan may make the diagnosis readily and the intervention, if needed, appropriate. An emergency room visit is appropriate.
