Medicine first: After being tests for h. Pylori bacteria, i would suggest a week week course of ex ppi( proton pump inhubitor) i.e. Nexium, (esomeprazole) omperazole, zergrid etcc- your GI can due furhter blood and imaging tests as well as upper endoscopy.
