Menstrual pain: There are many causes of menstrual related pain. A pelvic exam and ultrasound can check for the serious ones. Other causes are fibroid tumors, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, or even bowel problems can be irritated by menstrual hormones. Since it happened two times in a row, get it evaluated, just to make sure no tubal pregnancy or cancer is there.
