Phenylalanine: The l form of phenylalanine is an essential Amino Acid found in foods such as beef, poultry, pork, fish, milk, yogurt, eggs, cheese, soy products, and certain nuts and seeds. The d form is synthetic, not found in food. You haven't shared what you're wanting to treat (except a lab result). Do you feel you need a supplement for some reason, rather than natural foods? http://tinyurl.com/m9rs2vd.
